Digital Artist WANTED!

We at Gamepumpkin.net are seeking anyone who can draw us a full colored digitally illustrated dark themed background for our site. The drawing can be anime as long as it fits our dark and grainy yet-colorful theme.

Requirements:
The submitted work must be in color. It must have at least one character (2 characters is recommended) that has a dark theme to it. The work must not contain any adult material, this includes gore, nudity, or intense vulgarity. The work must not already have been published and must be work done by you and not a collaborative work between two or more people. You must have PayPal

To see an example of what we're looking for, head over to [link] and look at our current background. You may alternatively create or send us work to use on our forum ([link]) You may send us a current work from your deviant gallery or you can take it upon yourself to create the background itself. If you have paypal, we will compensate you for your time and effort (if your work is used) to the amount of $10.00 (US dollars) which will be forwarded to your account through PayPal.

You have talent lady. I like your work a lot. You also have a lot of gall. It's a little kindergarten to talk trash about artists (or art) on here, especially genuinely talented artists. I don't think anyone worth their salt will be heart broken if you don't like their work, but at least try to give a genuine critique or two. Don't be that terribly cliched, angst ridden teenager trapped in an adult's body. I give your work all the respect in the world, but do yourself a favor and ditch the attitude. And it sucks that you can't find a job in your field, I know how it feels, I've been there. Keep plugging, you'll get there.

A 21 year old female believes that life is no longer worth living because she can't get a professional career in art? Times are tough, and not everyone gets their dreams, and sometimes, everything just seems to suck. Believe it or not, there are people inspired by your work, even if you don't believe it is getting progressively better. You don't have to continue doing art... Its just a hobby for most people. Obviously though, it meant a lot to you. There was a time of mine which was difficult for me too, and it seemed as if there was nobody there who cared, and that I had no real purpose or talent. Well guess what? I was probably right. So I worked hard, and I'm happy. Nobody knows what the future holds, but artwork is a good way to express any anger, fear, sadness, or whatever it is you wish to relieve yourself of, though it is not the only way. It'd be a waste...
